Three doors facing the street — the most economical and space-efficient on a standard lot. We balance the door wall with the home's facade so it doesn't read as "all garage."

The garage turns 90 degrees so doors face the side, hiding them from the street for a dramatic boost in curb appeal. Needs a wider lot and a deeper driveway.

A two-car bay plus a separate single bay, often with its own door and a few feet of buffer — great for a workshop, hobby space, or keeping a project car apart.

A deep bay behind one stall fits a boat, trailer or long truck without widening the footprint — ideal on a narrower lot.

Side-load looks best but needs lot width and more driveway. Front-load is cheapest but needs facade balancing so the doors don't dominate. We weigh both against your budget and lot.

A three-car garage is only usable if cars can actually turn into it. We check approach angle, turning radius and setback so the driveway works before the plan is final.

Standard bays are tight for trucks and SUVs. We can add depth for storage and height for a lift or tall vehicle — cheap at the design stage, impossible to add later.

A garage roof is free floor area waiting to happen. Designing the structure and stair for a room or suite above now costs far less than converting later.
