Our reports are estimates, not quotes. They are intended for planning, budgeting, and informational purposes only. Actual construction costs will vary depending on contractor pricing, local market conditions, material availability, design changes, and other factors outside our control.

3. Not Professional Advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes professional construction, architectural, engineering, financial, or legal advice. CostToBuildHouse.com reports should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial decisions. We strongly recommend consulting licensed contractors, architects, and financial advisors before committing to a construction project.

4. Purchases and Payments

Report purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a report, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the charge. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your full report. You may download and print the report for your personal use. Reports may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

5. Refunds

Our refund policy is governed by our Refund Policy, incorporated herein by reference. Because reports are digital products delivered instantly, refunds are limited to specific circumstances as described in that policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
