Our estimates are based on RSMeans 2026 data and 16,400+ comparable builds. Estimates reflect a realistic range (±12–15%) depending on local market conditions, contractor availability, and material pricing at time of build.
Can I get a refund after purchasing?
Because our reports are digital products delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experienced a technical issue or did not receive your report, contact us and we will make it right. See our full Refund Policy.
What does the $19.99 report include?
A full 14-category cost breakdown (foundation, framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and more), state-adjusted pricing, cost per square foot, total project range, and a 30-year mortgage projection.
Do you offer contractor or bulk pricing?

How do I download my report as a PDF?
