What's inside the PDF Plan Set?+
Every PDF includes: all floor plans with dimensions, exterior elevations (all 4 sides), building sections, foundation plan, roof plan, electrical layout, plumbing layout, door & window schedules, material list, and construction notes. Most counties accept these for permit applications.
What does the Full Package include that PDF does not?+
The Full Package adds fully editable AutoCAD DWG files and high-res 3D renders. The CAD files let your architect or contractor modify the design directly. Competitors charge $1,000+ for these files separately — included in our $399 package.
Can I use this plan to get a building permit?+
Yes. Our plans include all required construction drawings. Most counties accept them directly. Some jurisdictions require a local licensed architect to stamp the drawings — check with your local building department.
How fast do I get the files?+
Instantly. The moment your payment is processed you get access to download. Files are also emailed to you and stored in your account dashboard for re-download anytime.
Can I modify the plan?+
Yes. The Full Package ($399) includes editable CAD/DWG files which can be modified by any licensed architect or draftsperson. PDF-only buyers can have a local architect draw up modifications.
Do cost report credits expire?+
